Cider Class: History and Homebrewing

You may have noticed the cider renaissance the U.S. experiencing today! Join us to learn talk about the vast differences and culture of cider all over the world as well as the effects that prohibition had on cider in the U.S.

At the end of the class a demonstration on cider making will be conducted showing how to make your own home brewed cider right in your own kitchen. We will also be bringing along a local cider maker to answer questions and giving tips on making cider in your own spare time.
