115 boats, interactive workshops, Boater Safety Courses, Kids play area, and displays engage visitors in the design, construction and use of the boats, and an active on-water program including sailing and small boat handling.

The Finger Lakes Boating Museum was established in 1997 to preserve the boating heritage of the Finger Lakes region. Since our founding, the Museum has assembled a collection of more than 115 boats built in the Finger Lakes region over the past 100 years, as well as numerous related artifacts and extensive reference material.

 We also offer workshops & Boater Safety Courses, and displays to engage visitors in the design, construction and use of the boats, and an active on-water program including sailing and small boat handling.
