The members of the St. Dimitria Macedonian Orthodox Church would like to formally welcome you to our 21th ANNUAL MACEDONIAN ETHNIC FESTIVAL. This project began when members of our local Macedonian community met to decide how to best showcase the Macedonian heritage to the Western New York and the Rochester communities. From the authentic dancing and the ethnic cuisine to the rich language and Orthodox religious tradition, the Macedonians have one of the oldest and most interesting cultural heritages in the world.
The wonderful food, performances and costumes you will see are representative of both the past and present of Macedonian culture. We hope you will feel free to learn more by taking in all the sights and sounds of this event. If you have any questions, any of our volunteers would be happy to provide any information you might need. DELICIOUS ETHNIC FOOD DISHES & BAKED GOODS. A LARGE EXHIBIT OF ARTIFACTS, PUBLICATIONS & PHOTOS OF MACEDONIAN HERITAGE. YOUTH GAMES & GAMES OF CHANCE; MONEY WHEEL & BLACK JACK. MACEDONIAN FOLK DANCERS AND LIVE MUSIC BY MACEDONIAN BANDS. FREE ADMISSION & FREE PARKING! EVERYONE IS WELCOME!
