Mind, Body, and Brew is a series of yoga classes held in conjunction with local breweries. The one-hour classes in this series are located at Molly's Yoga Corner in Fairport, and then we take short walk to Fairport Brewing Company for a social hour!

Mind, Body, and Brew combines a fun yoga class accessible to all with a social hour at a local craft brewery! For the Fairport series, we practice an hour of yoga at Molly's Yoga Corner in Fairport and then take a short walk to Fairport Brewing Company, also right in the village.
Never done yoga? No problem! No experience is necessary to attend this class; it is geared to each individual, and all levels are welcome. The classes are co-hosted by Sarah Yannello (Yoga for everyone), and Beth Cholette (Yogi BethC). Please bring a yoga mat; we also suggest a towel/blanket for extra cushioning and warm clothing for final relaxation.
After class, we meet at the bar area to enjoy a social hour together. The price of ticket includes BOTH the yoga class AND the first beverage of your choice. Fairport Brewing Company offers craft beer, cider, cocktails, and delicious non-alcoholic Timbucha Kombucha.
