Mount Hope has a rich history that is educational and important to the NY area. Susan B Anthony and Frederick Douglass are residents of the cemeter and many other famous and important historical figures.

-Mount hope offers tours for all ages on various subjects including Sufferage, The Underground Railroad, Veterens of the Civil War, 1812, WW1 & WW2. Many great innovators are buried here such as Bausch and Lomb, George Ellwanger, Frank Gannett, Myron Holley, Nathanial Rochester, Seth Green and more!  We have several educational kid friendly events all summer long! June 20th we will host the Path through History Celebration for all ages and there will be a kids tent with coloring and activities as well as storytime about Susan B Anthony and Frederick Douglass!  Free for the public!  10-4pm!
