Feeling the weight of the those habitual, negative thought patterns? Wanting 2017 to be a year of health, happiness, and success? Positive psychology offers us the choice to question the thoughts that no longer serve us, enabling us to change the way we think by cultivating positive feelings. Positive Psychology is the scientific study of the strengths that enable individuals and communities to thrive. The field presents an opportunity to become the best version of yourself simply by changing your perspective. Come join us as we explore tools to enhance your experiences in relationships, at work, and at play.
Please note: Prior to class, please take this free, online character test and bring results to class. https://www.viacharacter.org/survey/account/register. The cost of this class includes one happy hour drink, or a non-alcoholic drink, of your choice. Drinks and mingling will take place from 6:30pm-7:00pm and the class itself will run from 7:00pm-8:00pm.
