In this interactive workshop we will take a snapshot of where you currently spend your time and energy. Using this as a jumping off point, we'll discuss what areas of your life you'd like to make a shift in and define action items.

Have you ever been in the midst of a life change, whether it was a promotion, re-entering the workforce, a move or going to college and wondered how you got there? Or if it’s really what you still want? So often we allow others, or an outdated version of ourselves, to inform our “next step” in life, we forget to ask ourselves if it is the right step. In this interactive workshop we will take a snapshot of where you currently spend your time and energy. Using this as a jumping off point, we'll discuss what areas of your life you'd like to make a shift in and define action items that will move you in that direction.
