1st course: Trio of sushi with local honey/adobo ponzu, wasabi & pickled ginger.
2nd course: Tiger shrimp Rangoon with ginger blueberry sweet and sour sauce.
3rd course: Hickory habanero pork belly with sprout salad.
4th course: Szechwan grilled flank steak with sesame ginger rice cake and straw mushroom demi glace.
5th course: Green tea crème brulee.
