Let’s face it, life is stressful today. Technology, the media, politics, mass shootings, jobs and family obligations can all create stress. Chronic stress takes a toll physically, mentally, and emotionally. Minimizing stress is one of the best things that you can do for your health!

This 60-minute lunch and learn workshop will offer simple strategies to help you to manage your stress. There are quick tips to help immediately in a stressful moment and strategies that you can incorporate into your lifestyle that with practice can help you change the way you respond to stress.

Presenter:

Cindy DeCarolis, Certified Health Coach and Certified Natural Health Professional. Cindy received her certifications through Trinity School of Natural Health. Cindy is a yoga teacher, the founder and owner of Blissful Balance, LLC. and a doTerra Essential Oils Wellness Advocate. Cindy is passionate about educating people and helping them to live life healthier.
