This 60-minute lunch and learn workshop will offer simple strategies to help you to manage your stress. There are quick tips to help immediately in a stressful moment and strategies that you can incorporate into your lifestyle that with practice can help you change the way you respond to stress.

Cindy DeCarolis, Certified Health Coach and Certified Natural Health Professional. Cindy received her certifications through Trinity School of Natural Health. Cindy is a yoga teacher, the founder and owner of Blissful Balance, LLC. and a doTerra Essential Oils Wellness Advocate. Cindy is passionate about educating people and helping them to live life healthier.
