This annual commemoration is in observance of the Canandaigua Treaty of 1794 between the Haudenosaunee and the Untied States to ensure the "chain of friendship" between the two sovereign nations. The day's program includes a parade, ceremony, speakers, social dancing and Native American Arts Market.
11 am - 5 pm - Native American Arts & Craft Sale (gym)
1:30 pm - Parade from Canandaigua Primary School to Courthouse (parking lot)
2 pm - Commemoration Ceremony (Ontario County Court House lawn)
5:30 pm - Keynote Speaker: Jamie Jacobs (Tonawanda Seneca)
6:30 - 8:30 pm - Iroquois Social Benefit for Craig Marvin (Mohawk) & Family (gym)
