Join us in the Kate Gleason Auditorium for our next Got Health talk to learn what Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is all about, how it works on the body, and what effects it can have on your sense of well-being. Our presenter is Michael Krasner, MD, FACP, Professor of Clinical Medicine, University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. Light snacks and a raffle drawing will be provided by the library's partners at the Center for Community Health & Prevention. No prior registration is needed, and everyone is welcome to attend. We look forward to seeing you there!
