The holidays are often filled with traditions that include some of our favorite meals and foods. As we celebrate, think of little changes that you can make this holiday season to create healthier meals and active days!

Join us in the Kate Gleason Auditorium for this free nutrition class on making the holidays a little bit healthier. Our presenter is Michelle Weiler, and Eat Smart nutrition educator from the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Monroe County.
