Ice Wines of the Finger Lakes

New York State is one of the unique places that can make the delicious product called ice wine. Join us as we explore this sweet wine that can only be made in a few places and we are lucky it found it’s home here in New York! We will learn how it is made and what makes it such an important part of New York State wine production. Most importantly, you will be able to sample 4 ice wines from the Finger Lakes November 10th, 2019!
This class is designed to be approachable for people of all ability levels, so bring your loved ones for a delicious introduction to tasting and pairing. You will also receive a small cheese and cracker plate during the class.
