Pianist and vocalist, Drew Diekmann is a proficient and versatile musician with skills and musical passion far surpassing his 17 years. He has been studying classical piano since the age of 4 and began jazz studies a few short years ago. Drew is a sophomore at Pittsford Sutherland High School where he performs with the Jazz Ensemble and Jazz Combo. Local performances include the Rochester Fringe Festival, the Rochester Jazz Festival, Lovin' Cup, and Fairport Music Festival. He has had the honor of headlining at the Double Roads Tavern in Jupiter, Florida where he played with notable internationally known musicians.
His musical tastes are broad and deep and he continually surprises his audiences with his vast repertoire. Drew’s main influences are Billy Joel, Bob Dylan, and Elton John.
