Mind, Body, and Brew at K2

Mind, Body, and Brew yoga classes head back indoors for the fall/winter/early spring months!
Join us a K2 Brothers Brewing in Penfield on the third Saturday of every month for a one hour yoga class. Class starts at 10 a.m. and is held right in the brewery--be sure to bring a yoga mat, water, and extra layers of clothing! After class, use your voucher (included in ticket price) towards a free craft beer or cider of your choice. Non-alcoholic NYS soda also available; flights and cocktails are an additional fee.
Classes are led by Registered Yoga Teachers Beth Cholette and Sarah Yannello. Beth and Sarah take turns instructing the Mind, Body, and Brew series at various Rochester venues. They both emphasize an individualized yoga practice appropriate for everyone, including those with no prior yoga experience.
Ticket sales end 30 minutes before the start of the event!
