East Meets Ice! New York State Ice Wine and Culinary Festival returns Saturday February 14, 2026 at Casa Larga Vineyards! It's the largest celebration of traditional Ice Wines made in NYS. Fill your commemorative glass with additional samples from Casa Larga and visiting NYS producers. The celebrations continue with winter activities, vineyard rides, an ice lounge with celebrity bartenders, bespoke vendors for shopping, photo opportunities and more.

Join us on a captivating Ice Wine Journey! We can’t wait to welcome you to this decadent experience — a celebration where East meets West in perfect harmony.
Indulge in an unforgettable feast of Asian-inspired fusion dishes, expertly paired with exquisite Ice Wines, taking your taste buds on a journey like no other.
Plus the return of our guest favorite… THE LOVE SHACK!
- Ice Wine & Wine Tastings: Sample Ice Wines and select table wines from Casa Larga Vineyards and other traditional authentic Ice Wine New York producers; Weis Vineyards, Knapp Winery, Sheldrake Point Winery, and Schulze Vineyards.
- Ice Wine-Inspired Cuisine: Gourmet small plates prepared by Bella Vista Executive Chef Scott DeFrees highlight inventive Ice Wine–infused flavors. Menu selections include papaya salad with Ice Wine–soaked cucumbers, sweet and sour crispy pork with Asian slaw, sweet chili celleutani (corkscrew) pasta with wild mushroom ragout, and Thai tea & Ice Wine crème brûlé.
- Live Entertainment: Enjoy live music throughout during both festival sessions.
- Craft Beverage Tastings: Discover regional craft beverages from Blue Barn Hard Cider, distilleries in attendance include Iron Smoke Distillery, Barrel House 6 Distillery, and Springbrook Hollow Farms Distillery.
- Winery Tours: Take guided tours of Casa Larga’s production facility and learn about the Ice Wine process.
- Ice Lounge Experience: Toast to Valentine’s Day in the Love Shack Ice Lounge featuring the official 2026 festival cocktail, Crimson Kiss, or the non-alcoholic Scarlet Sunrise. Plus the Casa Larga's house cocktail, the Italian Kiss (sparkling wine topped with Ice Wine)
- Wagon Rides & Demonstrations: Weather permitting, enjoy scenic wagon rides through the vineyard and new this year—live cooking demonstrations in the ballroom are also included with admission.
- Shopping: Browse a selection of local vendors offering culinary, wine, and gift-focused merchandise.
