Dig In, Rochester’s favorite fine dining-on-the-go & pop-up returning to The Penthouse! Let Chef Marko tantalize you with his delicious, well balanced & creative menu! Dig In will be bringing their good friend & musician Susanna LaMarti for the evening. Hope to see you there!
Course 1:
Peruvian seafood stew with cilantro broth
Course 2:
Smoked beetroot salad with crispy beet chips and peppered goat cheese
Course 3:
Seared Grouper with marbled potato, fried caper, garlic, and grilled collard greens with Fresno and chipotle pepper coconut broth.
Course 4:
Pan-seared duck with Picante corn puree, sweet roasted tomatoes, cracked toasted pistachio couscous with spinach in a Hennessy Cognac cherry demi.
Course 5:
Glorias delights rum cake with Banana whipped cream and strawberry crisp
