Weekends in March: Please join us for a fun filled family day! Learn how syrup is made, taste many maple products, walk the trails and have a pancake breakfast or lunch (served all day)! *NEW* Takeout service available! Our sugarhouse is conveniently located in the center of the sugarbush, allowing you to walk out the door and see sap being collected first hand. Enjoy a stroll along our well-manicured trails that stretch almost a mile long. This is a great family event enjoyed by all ages, and is completely handicap accessible.

Shadow Hill Maple Syrup is one of the finest maple syrup facilities in New York State and, now at over 10,000 ft.² and growing, it is also one of the largest. There is more to do and more to see on our farm every year. Come and enjoy our all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast with our pure maple syrup, then browse our large variety of maple products to sample and buy.  In addition to all grades of maple syrup,  we also have maple granola, maple covered nuts, maple cotton candy, maple hot sauce, maple barbecue sauce, maple mustard, maple cream, infused maple syrup and bourbon-aged maple syrup. Try just one or try them all – you’ll be sure to find your favorite maple treat at Shadow Hill! Learn about all of the health benefits that pure maple syrup has to offer, which makes it the most beneficial natural liquid on the planet.
