This introductory course covers the basics of cat body language as well as how to have safe and successful interactions with cats of all temperaments. Cats are often misunderstood and at times, their behaviors can be difficult to understand, even for experienced cat owners. This course will explore the many ways in which our feline companions communicate and how we, as humans, can better understand them. This course will also discuss cat socialization and behavior modification.

Figure skating 101 is an introduction to the sport of figure skating, participants will build upon the fundamental skills learned in the Skating 101 program. Participants receive expert instruction in the essential aspects of figure skating, including footwork, mastering edges, spinning, and jumping—all guided by a meticulously crafted curriculum endorsed by the United Skates Figure Skating Association

Expert and artist-led talks, panel discussions, and interactive sessions will examine the role of wildlife art in shaping public perception of nature and conservation.
