Your car is one of the biggest expenses in your household budget, yet many lack the knowledge necessary to make sound decisions when it comes to the repair and upkeep of their vehicles. Designed for the true beginner, this class with teach you the basics so you can make informed choices about the best way to keep your car on the road. Covering a wide range of topics, from scheduling maintenance to handling unexpected repairs, you will gain the conversational knowledge necessary to communicate with your automotive professional. Students are encouraged to bring their own questions as there will also be a Q & A session. Protect your car and your wallet by becoming car care aware!
About the teacher:
Dan Schrader is an automotive technician and service writer at Schraders’ Garage, a family owned and operated repair facility in Rochester’s South Wedge neighborhood. Schraders’ Garage is now in their fourth generation of service, and Dan has 9 years of experience in the field. He strives to educate his customers so they will feel confident and comfortable with the work their vehicle receives. When Dan isn’t working on cars he enjoys playing golf, reading and cooking.
