Esther Brill, founder of Rochester Swing Dance Network in 1994, has introduced thousands of new dancers to the joy of social dancing through classes, private lessons, dances and events throughout upstate NY.
RJ Ruble is a certified Personal Trainer who with Esther developed their unique teaching approach - “Can-Do” Dancing.
