Join us to talk about the vast differences and culture of cider all over the world as well as the effects that prohibition had on cider in the U.S.

You may have noticed the cider renaissance the U.S. experiencing today! Join us to learn talk about the vast differences and culture of cider all over the world as well as the effects that prohibition had on cider in the U.S. At the end of the class a demonstration on cider making will be conducted showing how to make your own home brewed cider right in your own kitchen. We will also be bringing along a local cider maker to answer questions and giving tips on making cider in your own spare time.

Please note: This class will be held at Mullers Cider House 1344 University Ave.

About the teacher: 
Patrick Jaouen is Co-owner and operator of Mullers Cider House in Rochester NY. Mullers Cider House has over 100 bottle varieties from around the world and a dozen tap lines primarily featuring local NY ciders and hard to get imports.
