Doing Business: Managing Your Receivables

Need a little guidance and an understanding of the difference between managing receivables and ‘doing collections’? For entrepreneurs, small or mid-sized businesses, understanding this difference means growing your business vs. struggling to make payroll and to keep the lights on. This class will breakdown the direct relationship between providing outstanding customer service and decreasing the amount of time it takes to receive payment for goods and/or services rendered.
This class will be interactive, so prior to attending please consider proving, by email, the following information:
1) A brief description of your business and challenges within the industry. Feel free to exclude the company name.
2) Include the approximate number of employees and challenges you’re currently having in regards to managing your receivables.
3) Provide any questions you may currently have or areas of concern.
