Our mission is to build loving connections for foster youth and families to create better futures. Our vision is to support youth and families to thrive and heal together. Our values are inlcusion, passion, and commitment.
Whenever possible, we work to reunite children with their biological families. When reunification isn’t an option, we provide comprehensive pre- and post-adoption services to ensure children and families are supported every step of the way. Our programs include trauma-informed training for caregivers, life skills development for youth, and ongoing support to help families thrive long after placement.
With locations in both Rochester and the Finger Lakes region, our mission is clear: to help every child maintain ties to kin whenever possible—or to find a permanent, loving family to call their own.
