Lift Bridge Yarns

We are two friends who like yarn. And knitting. And wearing our knits as often as possible. And being ridiculous. Together, with the help of some AMAZING women, we run a cozy local yarn shop offering a curated selection of yarns, accessories, notions and locally made gifts. We love our local dyers, fiber producers and artisans. We specialize in hand dyed yarns, but we've got a little something for everyone. Even greater than our love of yarn is our love for our community. Every person we serve is much more than just a customer. You are our people! We strive to provide a safe and welcoming place for fellow fiber enthusiasts to gather and foster community. No matter who you are, you are welcome here. (And you're invited to our weekly open Sit & Stitch events!) Our shop is located in the lovely village of Fairport, NY which is nestled along the Erie Canal just outside of Rochester, NY. We love supporting local shops and artists and being involved in community events. One of our passions is supporting those in need and we love giving back to our own community and abroad.
