Make Your Own Sushi

During this class you and your friends will learn the art of making sushi from an expert sushi chef. Students will be taught the intricate techniques of rolling sushi in a fun and interactive environment and then will have the pleasure of eating their creation. Each person will be able to take home their sushi as well as their own personalized rolling mat.
About the teacher:
Thomas C. Beaman Jr. owns and operates California Rollin II, located at Charlotte Beach. This restaurant is an Americanized sushi bar that strives to create a fun and energized environment for their dine in customers. Our expert sushi chefs enjoy interacting with our customers daily to provide them with a unique and enlightening dining experience.
