Celebrate Rochester's famous lilacs by creating a beautiful candle. Learn the secret of painting on wax and special "brushless" techniques as you decorate a pillar candle. Even those who feel they are not "artistic" can have success with this project. Please bring a white pillar candle that is 3" - 6" in height to class. All other supplies will be furnished.
