Rochester International Jazz Festival

The annual nine-day Rochester International Jazz Festival is a multi-dimensional festival with something for everyone. From legendary performers and familiar favorites -  to rising stars and new discoveries -  this festival navigates all genres of creative improvised music from all corners of the world. Walk to all 20 venues - elegant concert halls, intimate clubs, and vibrant outdoor stages - and enjoy 326 shows featuring 1750+ artists. Ticketed and 100+ free shows. Free 1-½ hour workshops are offered for young musicians from elementary to high school age and are held over five days and led by leading musicians performing at the festival.
