Promote fencing in Rochester for adultes and kids at all ages. Nat Goodhartz and Jean-Raynaud Lao-Kan are the two internationally wellknown fencing coaches are looking forward to introduce you the sports of fencing and have fun!

 Fencing is an individual sport with an exciting background. It is an Olympic sport which has gained considerable popularity in the US. American fencers have excelled in many world cups, world championships and Olympics in recent years. Numerous Rochester high school students have received fencing scholarships to prestigious colleges and universities. At both recreational and competitive levels fencing develops speed, endurance, and excellent overall conditioning. It requires quick thinking and discipline and can be enjoyed by men, women, and children of all ages.


 Times:            Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays                                                 5:30pm to 8:00pm

                        Accredited through the International Fencing Federation (FIE), have had background checks through the US Fencing Federation.
