Join us on First Friday, December 1, from 6 - 9pm for the opening reception of "In the Belly of the Whale," an exhibition of works by Printmaking & Book Arts Artist-In-Residence Mak Morrow. The show will be displayed in our Community Darkroom Gallery until December 22.
Based in Upstate NY, Makenzie Morrow (b. 1998) is an interdisciplinary artist. She studied fine arts at Alfred University, receiving her BFA degree in 2020. She focuses primarily in ceramic, print, and fiber but dabbles in all mediums to create her vision. With the use of multiple methods of making, she can create a world of her own. She adds, subtracts, and modifies objects until she sees them as their complete form.
