Come listen to Early Childhood Educator and Specialist, Drew Beeman, speak about the power of play for children, specifically focusing on the benefits of rough and tumble play. Drew will explain how learning is taking place when children roughhouse and give some advice and ideas about roughhousing with your children. Drew Beeman, Founder and Director of Progressive Early Learning, is an Early Childhood Educator and Specialist with over twelve years experience working in child care and preschool classrooms. He believes very strongly in the power of play, and is an advocate for play based learning. His training presentations are fun, interactive, and informational, with the intent to include evidence based practice as new information becomes available. He provides services to children and families as well as services to child care and preschool programs in the Rochester area.
