This multi-layered dark comedy presents the cautionary tale of two Latina sisters who inherit their mother’s historic home in a gentrifying neighborhood. In a bid to capitalize on the "changes" that are taking place in the area, they agree to appear on a the HGTV-style show, Flip It and List It. As they perform for the camera, however, one sister grapples with turmoil in the family’s ancestral past while the other learns how much she’s willing to sacrifice for the family’s future. What is the cultural cost of progress in America? And is cashing in always selling out?
