Can’t miss comedy: The Capitol Steps return to the Arts Center for a New Year’s Eve tradition of politically based satire ripped from current headlines—just weeks before the inauguration.
The election may be over but the madness continues! Since Reagan was president (and ketchup was a vegetable), the troupe has recorded more albums than the Constitution has amendments—including their latest, What to Expect When You're Electing, featuring the greatest hits of the 2016 campaign—and has been featured numerous times on primetime TV and four times a year on their popular National Public Radio specials.
Irreverent, uproarious, and adamantly bi-partisan, The Capitol Steps put the “mock” in democracy while skewering the greatest political foibles of the day.
Live jazz prior to both performances and during intermission featuring students from the Nazareth College Music Department!
