Community Conversation: “Aging in Place"

Organizing safe and supportive environments for ourselves and/or our loved ones. We will explore how families and the community can work together to help our seniors stay active and independent through their retirement years.

We will explore how families and the community can work together to help our seniors stay active and independent through their retirement years.
This Community Conversation will bring together a panel of experts to discuss:
- Basic home renovations that support independent living and multigenerational families
- Advice for nurturing positive relationships and social connectedness. How to prevent feelings of isolation in both seniors and caregivers
- Community resources available through local agencies
The event is free and open to the public. All are welcome.
ASL interpretation will be provided.
