CP Rochester was founded as United Cerebral Palsy Association in 1946 by a small group of parents whose children had cerebral palsy. Since then the organization has grown its supports and services, now offering a wide array of alternatives to over 2,000 children and adults with a broad range of physical and developmental disabilities. Our primary goal is to enable the greatest degree of independence and connection to community for those we serve.
