What did people eat for breakfast in the 1850’s? Did they eat lunch? Supper at 1:00am?

Experience the smells and tastes of early to mid-19th century America while learning to prepare and make historic foods under the direction of Kid Chef Kini and Executive Chef Ben. As we learn about the culinary practices of families during this time period, we will enjoy samples of mid-19th century foods and drinks!
