Crochet For Beginners

This class is for those who are completely new to crocheting or aim to relearn lost skills. Students will acquire the ability to complete basic crochet stitches in order to confidently finish their very own scarf. The instructor will outline the benefits of using different types of yarn and crochet hooks for students to create their own individual style. Students will leave with a crochet hook and spool of yard to continue progress on their project after class.
About the teacher:
Laura Fernandes is a local graphic designer and artist and enjoys anything creative. She believes positive reinforcement, patience, and understanding are the best attributes in teaching. Her goal is to create a fun environment for learning where students will leave with the confidence to complete their project at home with their newly acquired skills.
