What's better than learning how to screen print? Learning while at a screen print shop! In this 3-hour intensive workshop, you will learn how to make your own silk screening set-up that can run right off your kitchen table. You will learn how to prepare a screen, transfer an image, and make a print from start to finish. We'll supply the materials you'll just need to bring your sense of adventure and creativity.
Please note: Class will be held at Tiny Fish Printing located at 139 Garson Ave, Rochester, NY 14609.
About the teachers:
Antonio Esteves is the owner of Tiny Fish Printing. He has taught at Rochester Brainery many times in the past. Tony also dabbles in Photoshop, Illustrator and webdesign.
Heather Swenson works at Tiny Fish Printing and is the creator of The Tiny Print Project, a yearlong project in silkscreen. Learn more at her website.
