Expressive Painting for Kids

This class will allow parents and children to paint expressively together! Each child will create a unique acrylic painting on canvas with the help of a parent. We will explore lines and shapes, layering, and color mixing. Each ticket allows for one parent and one child to attend. Tickets for additional children will be $10 and may be purchased individually. About the teacher:Jennifer Gillette is an artist and an art educator. She works in a variety of media - acrylic, watercolor, pastel, printmaking, and jewelry making. Jennifer’s murals and paintings grace the nurseries and children's rooms of many area homes in Rochester and the surrounding communities. She currently teaches elementary art in the Honeoye Falls - Lima School District and instructs after school and summer art programs for a variety of age groups.
