Family Yoga – specific Saturdays, 10:15 – 11:15 with Cindi ( 7/9, 7/23, 7/30, 8/13)
Each class begins with an opening circle followed by a craft activity related to the day’s theme. We then move to our mats for yoga poses, games, breath work and meditation.
Family Yoga is intended for a parent with one or two children, ages 2 to 8 years old. One yoga pass per family. Infants and younger children are welcome to accompany their family as well.
$14 for parent and up to 2 children (after FREE trial class)
