Creating a balance of visual components can be hard to achieve when plating. This fun, hands-on class, will spark your creative side as we use a variety of different foods, textures, and styles to plate. In this class you will learn different techniques and methods that will make everyone eat with their eyes.
About the teacher:
Mackenzie Zerniak is a whole-food plant-based chef that specializes in vegan gluten-free cooking. Graduating from The Natural Gourmet Institute, New York, NY in 2014, Mackenzie believes in using seasonal, whole, real, fresh foods sourced from out local organic farmers. Mackenzie currently caters, does meal planning, works as a personal chef and has a newsletter she sends out monthly that you can sign up for on her website.
