Full Circle Counseling and Wellness

Full Circle Counseling and Wellness aims to:

• help you find balance and grace through life's transitions;
• inspire you to delve into the fullness of your unique life;
• aid you in shedding unhelpful patterns that are no longer serving you; and
• support you in being the most enlivened, embodied, and empowered version of yourself that you can be. 

One of my specialties is supporting people at various points along the "parenting spectrum." This includes helping expecting, new or experienced parents create optimum relationships. It also includes supporting people who are struggling with infertility and pregnancy loss. I have specialized training in parent-infant therapy, and in Postpartum Depression. I offer workshops, classes, groups and individual counseling and coaching to people in the prenatal and postpartum period. I also offer play therapy to children 3 and older.
