Dr. Matthew Schiralli
Matthew Schiralli, MD, FACS, is a General Surgeon and Systemwide Executive Medical Director of Surgical Services at Rochester Regional Health. He leads surgical quality and safety initiatives and was instrumental in achieving ACS Level 1 Geriatric Surgery Verification at Unity Hospital.

Taylor Woodworth
Taylor Woodworth is a neurologic and geriatric physical therapist by training. She now serves in healthcare administration, facilitating system-level surgical quality and safety initiatives across the health system.

Jana Cooper-Slifko
Jana Cooper-Slifko is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a longstanding commitment to surgical care. In addition to her clinical role, Jana serves as the Geriatric Surgery Verification Program Manager for RRH, where her leadership and expertise have been instrumental in achieving verification for four of the system's major hospitals under the GSV program. She is now actively leading efforts toward verification at Rochester General Hospital. 

Pat Ward Baker
Pat Ward Baker shows us that aging isn't a farewell—it's a fresh chapter filled with engagement, wisdom, and meaningful contribution. She encourages us to nurture a positive mindset, viewing later life as bonus time: not promised, but brimming with opportunities for growth and discovery. Pat's story reminds us that aging isn't about resisting time; it's about refusing to oversimplify our journeys.
