Children Awaiting Parents' Heart Gallery photo exhibit allows families interested in adoption to get a glimpse of children who wait in foster care for a forever home.

Hear from guest speaker Nicole Bayly (Family Court lawyer, part-time Town Justice in Wheatland, foster parent since 1999 and mentor) along with CAP representatives, and view the 2021 photographic exhibit of some of CAP's available children waiting in foster care for their forever family. The exhibit will be on display throughout November, National Adoption Month.
