Introduction to Fusing: Garden Art

Please note: Please wear closed toe shoes. All tools provided and no prior experience is required. Please bring safety glasses or be prepared to purchase a pair from the studio ($5). Projects will be kiln fired and available for pick up a week after class.
Location:
This class will take place indoors at Studio 34 Creative Arts Learning Center, located at 34 Elton St, Rochester, NY 14607. The studio is located on the second floor of the largest of the three brick buildings on Elton St. Please use the entrance on the right side. Additional parking is located at the corner of Atlantic and Elton.
About the teacher:
Yvonne Fordham is a Master Gardener and professional glass artist. Yvonne’s love of the outdoors and flowers can be seen in her beautiful glass panels, bird baths, and garden art decor. Yvonne’s art can be found locally at The Artful Gardener and Studio 34 Creative Arts Center where she is senior faculty.
Studio 34 is known for small class sizes to maximize student learning experience. Since opening in 2000, Studio 34 has welcomed more than 15,000 students, some traveling from around the world to take classes taught by their professional faculty and visiting artists from across the globe.
