Kidding Around Yoga Camp

Through interactive play, songs and games children will enjoy all aspects of this ancient practice. Class will focus on energy and strength building yoga poses, breathing techniques and activities that place an emphasis on stress management. Each one hour session will end with a journey to The Secret Garden, where the children will be introduced to meditation and stillness.
Will be held in StudioMOVE! upstairs yoga studio.
