Making Jewelry with Wire and Beads

Create beautiful pendants and earrings in this introduction to jewelry class! The instructor will demonstrate wire wrapping and beading techniques. Participants will use semi-precious stone and glass beads combined with silver wire.

Participants will use semi-precious stone and glass beads combined with silver wire. About the teacher:Jennifer Gillette is an artist and an art educator. She works in a variety of media - acrylic, watercolor, pastel, printmaking, and jewelry making. Jennifer’s murals and paintings grace the nurseries and children's rooms of many area homes in Rochester and the surrounding communities. She currently teaches elementary art in the Honeoye Falls - Lima School District and instructs after school and summer art programs for a variety of age groups.
