Teens and Adults will begin to learn the art of “reading” nature. A lost art, much can be gleaned from simple observation, if one knows how and where to look. Specifically, our naturalist will discuss how to read a landscape before a hike and how to identify signs to aid in tracking. The program will end with a trail walk, utilizing the skills learned.
Pre-registration is required and spots are limited to ensure distancing. Contact Andrea Monahan (HelmerNatureCenter@gmail.com) or call Helmer Nature Center at 585-336-3035 for more information or to register.
