Learn how to make dairy-free ice cream! We will go over the essentials of creating dairy-free ice cream at home--with hands-on demonstrations and tastings. We will review the secrets to making creamy dairy free ice cream, flavor inspiration, and sourcing ingredients. We will make essential coconut-vanilla bean ice cream, peach-thai basil ice cream, and lavender-vanilla ice cream.
Please note: Class will take place at their location in The Hungerford, just down the street from Rochester Brainery.
