ELDRED WWII MUSEUM, SPRAGUE’S MAPLE FARMS, AND CUBA CHEESE SHOPPE

We’re travelling south as we reflect on the sacrifices of a generation in World War II. Our first stop will be the ELDRED WWII MUSEUM in Eldred, Pennsylvania. The museum has three levels of memorabilia and artifacts that tell the story of WW II and “commemorates the contributions of the 40 million Americans that supported the 16 million fighting soldiers during the epic struggle to defend freedom and democracy against the forces of greed and aggression.” – per the museum’s official Mission State. Following our visit to this gem of a museum, we will enjoy a delicious, included LUNCH AT SPRAGUE’S MAPLE FARMS. Our last stop of the day will be at the iconic CUBA CHEESE SHOPPE where you’ll have the chance to pick-up a sharp cheddar or other local treat.
